Enquiries and quotations
Submitting the enquiry form does not create a booking and does not reserve your dates. We respond with availability and a quotation. A booking is confirmed only when we and you have agreed the package in writing.
Scope of work and delivery
Coverage, the number of creators, reel quantities, raw content access, turnaround times and delivery arrangements are set out in the package confirmed with you. No universal delivery time applies. Nothing on this website forms part of your agreement unless it is included in your confirmed package.
Payments, cancellations and changes
Payment schedules, cancellation arrangements and any changes to dates or coverage are those recorded in your written booking confirmation. If you need these terms before booking, please ask us and we will share them with your quotation.
